I'm loving these Mommy Merit Badges for the of trials and tribulations of parenthood. Jason deserves several of them as well. The past week we've been trying to night ween which is giving me the idea that I really deserve the Tantrum badge as well as the Breastfeeding Badge. Maybe I'll get some for the diaper bag.

If I wore such a badge as the second one, people would get the wrong idea.
You know we don't get badges for enough things once we get older... hmmm... we need a badge organization. A department of government, perhaps.
Bureau of Badgers... er... Badges.

Nora looks so grown up in the pics below. I've been out of touch for so long and am just coming up for a gulp of air - and it was so wonderful to see N in all her Eastery-ness.
(dys)functional single parents definitely deserve a badge, too.
