This was, of course, filmed on location in Holland?
It was in the Dutch Village in Holland Michigan, which is surrounded by a mostly empty orange-roofed outlet mall.
The Village was staffed by Nineteen year-olds in costume, including wooden shoes.
I was simply inspired...
